Where can you take IELTS in Slovakia

We offer a range of convenient test dates in four official test centre locations across Slovakia: Bratislava, Trnava, Trenčín, and Košice. You can choose to take your IELTS test on paper or on a computer. Whichever you prefer, you will need to come to a test centre to sit your test. Find out more

You can also take IELTS Online (IELTS Academic only) from the comfort of your home or any private space with a stable internet connection.                                                   The IELTS Online test is administered by a global customer service centre outside of Slovakia. Our local center does not have access to online candidate data. All operations, including communication, are conducted in English for online candidates from around the world with the IELTS Online customer service centre dedicated to this online test.

Test schedule / timings

Your Listening, Reading, and Writing sections of the test will be completed on the same day with no break in between. We are running tests in the morning and in the afternoon. Morning sessions are usually between 9.00 am and 12.00 pm. Afternoon sessions are usually between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm.

Choose your Speaking test slot

You can choose your Speaking test slot whether you take IELTS on a computer or on paper. If we need to change your slot, we will notify you by email or phone.

If you take IELTS Online, the Speaking test will usually be before your Listening, Reading and Writing. It could be on the same or a different day.

Looking to work, study, or live in the UK?

If you need a visa for working or studying in the UK, then in some cases you may need to take IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration or IELTS for UKVI Life Skills.
